Furniture Development Designer
On-site
The Furniture Development Designer will be responsible for developing and refining furniture products from initial concepts through prototyping and manufacturing, translating design ideas, sketches, dimensions, and product requirements into detailed 3D CAD models and practical, production-ready designs. This role will focus on furniture construction, materials, hardware, connections, fit, functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability while collaborating closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and production teams throughout the development process. The Designer will create and refine furniture components, assemblies, technical drawings, and prototypes; evaluate physical products; incorporate feedback; and identify opportunities to improve construction, assembly, material usage, and production efficiency while maintaining the intended design. Experience with furniture, cabinetry, casegoods, panel-based products, CNC manufacturing, furniture hardware, or other manufactured products is highly valuable, along with strong 3D CAD skills and an understanding of design-for-manufacturing principles. A portfolio demonstrating furniture development, CAD work, prototypes, product construction, technical drawings, and practical design problem-solving is required.
Full Time 12 Hour Shifts
CNC/Machine Operator
On-site
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce accurate, high-quality parts according to established production requirements and specifications. This role will load and unload materials, monitor the machine during production, inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, and make basic adjustments as needed. The Operator will follow work instructions and safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate any machine or quality issues to the appropriate team members. Previous experience operating CNC equipment or working in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but a strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn are also important for success in this role.
