This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Fiber Global Inc. (“Fiber Global”, “we” or “us”) with respect to personal information we collect through our website (the “Site”).  



Collection of Personal Information 

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you visit our Site.  For example, we collect information about you when you sign up to receive information, newsletters, articles, announcements or other communications. The personal information we collect may include your first and last name, company title, email address, telephone number, and other information you submit through the Site.



How We Use Personal Information Collected through the Site 

  • To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Site, including but not limited to, providing you with customer support and response to your inquiries. 

  • To contact you: To contact you via email or via telephone.

  • For marketing and advertising purposes. For example, as permitted by applicable law, we may occasionally contact you by email to provide you with information about products that might be of interest to you unless you have opted not to receive such information.  

  • To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.

  • For business transfers: We may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our users is among the assets transferred.

California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”)
If you are a California resident, the CCPA provides you with the following rights regarding your personal information (subject to certain limitations):

  • The right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed for business purposes, shared or sold;

  • The right to delete your personal information processed by us; 

  • The right to opt-out of the sale of your information. 

  • The specific personal information right to request a copy of the specific personal information collected about you during the past 12 months; and

  • The right to non-discrimination in how we supply or provide the Site to you when you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Fiber Global does not sell the personal information we collect to any third parties.  However, should you want to opt out of a potential sale of personal information please contact us at either of the locations set forth below.

California's Shine the Light Law
Under California Civil Code Section 1798 (California's Shine the Light law), California residents with an established business relationship with us can request information once a year about sharing their personal information with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. Under Section 1798.83, we currently do not share any personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.


Minors Under 16 Years of Age
Our Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect information from or relating to children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Retention of Personal Information
The Company will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.


Transfer of Personal Information
Personal information is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.  Processing of your personal information is via consent you provide when you visit the Site. 


Opting Out of Informational or Promotional Emails
We may use personal information to contact you with marketing or promotional materials and other information, including product news, that may be of interest to you. You may unsubscribe by following the instructions that are included in the emails that you receive.  Please note that you may continue to receive non-promotional communications to the extent permitted by law.

Data Retention
Your personal information will not be stored for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required under applicable retention policies and/or in accordance with applicable law.  

Do Not Track
Please note that our Site is not designed to respond to "do not track" requests from Web browsers. 

Changes and Questions
