On August 27, 2025, Fiber Global proudly celebrated the grand opening of our first Mega Factory in Brownsburg, Indiana — a state-of-the-art facility that marks a bold step forward in our mission to reclaim global waste streams and transform them into high-performance, sustainable building materials.
A Milestone for Indiana and Beyond
The event brought together community leaders, industry partners, investors, and employees to commemorate the start of a new chapter. With a ribbon-cutting ceremony, factory tours, and presentations, the celebration showcased how Fiber Global is turning its vision of circular innovation into reality.
Congressman Jim Baird, DBL Partners’ Ira Ehrenpreis, and representatives from Centier Bank joined Fiber Global leadership to highlight the importance of sustainable manufacturing and the economic impact this new facility will bring to Indiana.

Scaling Circular Innovation
The Brownsburg Mega Factory will serve as the cornerstone of Fiber Global’s U.S. operations, accelerating production of our flagship Forged Fiber Board (FFB) — manufactured from reclaimed corrugated cardboard and bio-based resin. This groundbreaking product delivers strength, durability, and performance without cutting down a single tree.
During the event, our Founder and CEO KC McCreery unveiled future plans for scaling Fiber Global’s roadmap of new materials derived from additional waste streams. The highlight of the day was the announcement of Mega Factory 2, a facility three times larger, beginning in 2026.
Community and Economic Impact
Beyond its environmental mission, the Brownsburg Mega Factory is set to create significant local economic opportunities — from new jobs to partnerships with local suppliers — reinforcing Fiber Global’s commitment to source and manufacture locally wherever possible.
